This is genuinely greenfield — the brief that follows is built almost entirely on what the operator told us, plus the basic identity confirmed via JustDial. Anything not nailed down by those two sources has been flagged as a question for the client rather than guessed at.

Who they are

ANK & Co. has been running out of Navyug Market in Ghaziabad since 1997. Navyug Market is one of Ghaziabad's older commercial pockets — dense, walk-in-friendly, full of standalone offices on first and second floors above retail showrooms. Sitting "near Raymond Showroom" is a directional landmark that locals will recognise immediately. The firm operates from the second floor of Building Number 57, which suggests an office set-up rather than a counter operation: clients come up, sit across a desk, hand over files. That style of working tends to produce long-tenure relationships — clients stay with the same CA for a decade or more — and it is consistent with the firm having survived the GST regime change in 2017 without losing footing.

We do not yet know who the founder is, how large the team is, or whether the practice runs as a sole proprietorship or a partnership. The firm's name suggests a single principal ("ANK" reads like a personal initialism) but that needs confirming. What is clear from the operator's framing is that the practice is now positioning itself around startup work — GST refunds, fresh incorporations, post-incorporation compliance. These clients are typically in their late twenties or thirties, comfortable on WhatsApp, expect quick response times, and want pricing transparency upfront rather than open-ended "we'll send the bill later" engagements.

The GST refund line widens the audience to slightly more established businesses — exporters claiming IGST refunds, manufacturers stuck in inverted duty situations, traders sitting on excess input tax credit. These tend to be SMEs that already have a CA but bring in a specialist when a refund file gets stuck. They are typically less price-sensitive and more outcome-focused: "get my refund unstuck and I will pay for the result."

Geography is open for confirmation. The Navyug Market address suggests primary catchment in Ghaziabad city, but Ghaziabad sits inside the Delhi NCR belt, and a CA firm working with startup incorporations and GST refunds usually serves clients from across NCR — Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, and parts of Western UP — because the work itself is portal-based and does not require physical proximity. For a founder weighing a fly-by-night online incorporation portal against a real office with a real CA, twenty-eight years on the same street is reassuring.
• Stated focus on GST refunds — most general-practice CAs treat refund work as a side activity. If ANK & Co. is positioning the refund line as a headline service, that is a real specialisation hook, but it needs evidence to land — case examples, refund amounts processed, turnaround times, types of refund (export, inverted duty, ITC accumulation) the firm is strongest on.
• Stated focus on startup compliance — same caveat. The positioning is clear in the brief; the proof points (number of incorporations done, founder testimonials, fixed-price packages versus hourly engagements) are not yet on the table.

Beyond those three, the differentiation story is open. The questions section below pushes on this — without specifics from the client, the website risks defaulting to category-generic copy ("experienced", "reliable", "client-focused"), which is exactly what the brief asks us to avoid.

Tone of voice

The site should read calm, plain-spoken, and competent — closer to the voice of a senior partner explaining something across a desk than to the voice of a startup landing page. Founders coming to a CA are usually anxious about getting compliance wrong; the page should reduce that anxiety rather than amplify it with energetic claims. The reference site (Especia) operates in roughly the same lane — clean, structured, informative, no exclamation marks, no hard-sell — and its rhythm is a reasonable model for feel.

Questions before we start

• What is the founder's full name and CA registration number, and how many people are on the team today? The "Who they are" section will read thin without this — and the trust signal of a named, ICAI-registered chartered accountant matters in this category.
• What is the published phone number and email for the firm, and is there an existing WhatsApp number that clients already use? None of these were retrievable during online recon and the JustDial number is gated.
• What are the office hours, including any seasonal extension during return-filing months? Default assumptions (Mon-Sat, 10:30 to 6:30) need confirming before they go on the contact page.
• Do you have fixed-price packages for the headline services — incorporation, monthly retainer, GST refund engagement — or is everything quoted case-by-case? Pricing transparency on the website is a real conversion lever for startup clients, but only if the numbers are stable enough to publish.
