Sugar cane bagasse
Fibrous pulp left after cane is crushed for juice. Sold loose or in bales for boiler feed.
Bagasse, rice husk, saw dust, mustard husk, briquettes and pellets — all from one supplier. Dispatched pan-India from Meerut. Talk to Vikas for a quote against your boiler spec.
Nine fuels, two groups — raw agro-residues and processed compacted fuels. Source what's freshest each week, swap grade or quantity mid-order. The catalogue runs deep enough that a factory hedging across two fuels can do it on one phone call to one supplier.
Raw agro-residues
Fibrous pulp left after cane is crushed for juice. Sold loose or in bales for boiler feed.
Hard outer shell of paddy, separated during milling. A staple of the rice belt and one of the cheapest boiler fuels in north India.
Fine wood waste from sawmills and timber yards. Burns hot and clean; also used as agri bedding.
Chaff left after mustard seed is processed for oil. Peaks in spring after the rabi harvest.
Cut and graded wood pieces, sized for industrial chip-fired boilers. Even feed, low fines.
Processed & compacted fuels
Finely milled wood for burners that need a finer feed than chips or saw dust.
Ground rice husk — sold for fuel and as a filler ingredient in some industries.
Biomass compressed into solid blocks (60–90 mm). Higher calorific value, easier to store and transport.
Smaller compressed cylinders (6–10 mm) suited to automated feed systems.
Briquettes and pellets are produced at our own facility in Partapur — not resold from a trading desk. One less middleman in the chain.
1990
Started 1990 in Meerut. Few biomass traders survive thirty-five Indian summers — this one has, from the same city, in the same trade. A buyer choosing on risk grounds chooses tenure.
Own.
Briquettes and pellets are produced at our Partapur yard — not bought-in and re-bagged. We control the spec, the moisture, and the dispatch schedule end-to-end.
9.
A factory that wants to switch fuels mid-year, or hedge across two grades when prices move, can do it on one phone call. Bagasse to pellets — under one roof.
Operations and purchase managers at process industries running steam boilers and thermic heaters across India. The buyer is a factory purchase head — not a consumer.
Textile & dyeing
Bagasse and rice husk for boiler feed — Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat clusters.
Paper & pulp
Rice husk for low ash content; wood chips and briquettes for steady calorific output.
Food & FMCG
Pellets for automated feed systems — dairies, snack plants, processing units, packaging.
Sugar & distilleries
Bagasse top-ups when own-generation falls short; wood chips and pellets between crushing seasons.
Brick kilns & SME
Saw dust and mustard husk for SME thermal users moving off coal or furnace oil.
Process industry
Mixed grades on contract — hedge across two fuels in one PO when prices move.
