The summary

Short version

CellCog is a brand-new AI product with a slick story, but the website itself has one serious problem: it takes almost 30 seconds to show anything on a phone. Most visitors will close the tab long before your message ever appears. That's the single biggest issue holding you back — fix it, and almost everything else falls into place.

The good news: search engines and AI tools can find you, your meta tags are clean, and your support and policy pages are well-written. Google's robots can read the site fine and your structured data (the hidden tags that tell Google what you do) is in good shape. So the foundation is sound.

The catch: because the site is built as a single-page JavaScript app, every page shows the same title and description to Google and to social-share previews. That means whether someone shares your Skills page or your homepage on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, they see the exact same preview. That's a missed chance to pull people in.

What's already working

What to improve

Speed & weight

3 issues
  • On a typical phone, your homepage takes 29.4 seconds to show anything at all. Industry research says more than half of visitors leave if a page takes longer than 3 seconds — you're losing almost everyone before they see your hero message.
  • The page sends down 5.2 MB of code on every visit (a normal landing page is 1-2 MB). About 3.3 MB of that JavaScript is never used by the visitor — it's just dead weight slowing them down.
  • Even on desktop with fast wifi, the speed score is only 38/100 and the main image takes 5.6 seconds to appear. This is the #1 thing to fix.
🔍

SEO fundamentals

3 issues
  • Every page on your site shows the same meta description in Google results — the Posts page, the Skills page, the Privacy page, all identical. Google rewards pages that describe themselves uniquely.
  • The canonical tag on every page points to the homepage. This tells Google 'ignore my Skills page, just count the homepage' — which means Skills, Posts, and Support may never rank on their own.
  • Your Posts page has no H1 heading at all. Google uses the H1 to figure out what a page is about; without one, you're invisible for searches that page should win.
🤖

AI search readiness

3 issues
  • You have no llms.txt file — that's the new standard AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude check to understand what your site is about. For an AI company, this is a particularly visible miss.
  • Because the site renders entirely in JavaScript (less than 1% of content visible without JS), some AI crawlers that don't run JavaScript will see almost nothing on your pages.
  • Your robots.txt only explicitly allows GPTBot — bots like ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and OAI-SearchBot are not mentioned, so they fall back to default rules. Add them explicitly to control what AI tools see.
🛡

Trust signals

3 issues
  • All 14 images across your site have empty alt text. Screen readers skip them and Google can't index them — and for accessibility-conscious users this signals carelessness.
  • There is no visible 'last updated' date on the homepage or Skills page. For an AI product where capability changes weekly, fresh dates would build trust.
  • The homepage has lots of testimonials but no real names or photos attached — just country flags. Adding even a first name + role would make them feel real instead of generic.

What we learned about your business

Built from the intake you shared and the live read of your site. If anything below is off, reply to the WhatsApp thread and we'll fix it before the build kicks off.

Who they are

  • Driven by: Nitish Garg (founder, IIT Delhi)
  • Team size: 1 (per LinkedIn)
  • Positioned as: an AI Super-Agent Platform for "100x individuals"

What they do

  • Super-Agent platform — multi-modal AI agent platform for individual power users.
  • Deep research agent — long-form research workflows handled by the agent.
  • Content creation agent — drafts and produces content end-to-end.
  • Skills library — ~40 reusable skills the agent can invoke.
  • Community posts — ~197 community-contributed posts feed.
  • Support knowledge base — ~23 support articles for users.

Who they serve

  • Individual "100x" power users (creators, researchers, solo operators)
  • Digital-native, English-speaking audience
  • Global / web-first reach (no India-only signal)
  • Self-serve SaaS buyers, not enterprise procurement

Where they operate

  • City: Not publicly listed
  • Channels: cellcog.ai website, LinkedIn, Twitter/X (@cellcogai), email [email protected]

Positioning note

  • Super-Agent framing — pitched as one multi-modal agent platform, not a stack of point tools.
  • Individual-first — "100x individuals" tagline targets solo users, not teams or enterprises.
  • Community + skills layer — ~40 skills and ~197 posts suggest an extensible, user-contributed surface around the core agent.

Your online presence

What we could verify online today — these are the touchpoints downstream phases (blueprint, brand, site-build) will link from your new site.

Verified contact[email protected]

CellCog is a digital-native AI SaaS startup (AI Super-Agent Platform). No physical address, phone number, or Google Business Profile was found — consistent with a product-led tech company with no storefront. No Instagram or Facebook presence found after site search. Twitter/X handle @cellcogai confirmed via 301 redirect from the website's own link (twitter.com/cellcogai → x.com/cellcogai); direct x.com fetch returned 402 (bot-block) so follower count is unavailable. LinkedIn company page confirmed live with company size listed as 1 employee, sector: Technology, Information and Internet. No listings found on JustDial, Sulekha, or IndiaMART — searches returned no CellCog-specific results on those platforms. Founder identified as Nitish Garg (IIT Delhi) from search results, but no city/headquarters is publicly listed. Searched: CellCog AI social media, Google Business Profile India, Twitter/X Instagram Facebook, Indian directory listings.

Copy & messaging

The copy is sharp and confident for an audience that already speaks AI fluently, but it skips the layer of explanation a curious newcomer needs. Strong on positioning, light on proof and on the 'why now, why this' story.

💬Headline clarity✓ pass

The hero headline 'A Super-Agent Platform for 100x You' paired with 'World-class deep reasoning meets all modalities' makes it clear this is an AI agent platform for power users.

🎯Call-to-action✓ pass

Sign Up and Log In buttons are visible in the top navigation and repeated in the chat composer — the primary action is unambiguous.

Tone

Confident, technical, founder-led — assumes the reader already knows what 'agents', 'modalities', and 'DeepResearch Bench' mean.

Content gaps

Things most businesses in your category have on their website, but yours is missing:

  • A clear pricing summary on the homepage (today, users must click into Pricing)
  • A short 'How it works' walkthrough with a 30-second demo video or GIF
  • A founder/about section — Nitish's IIT Delhi credential and the story behind CellCog would build trust
  • Case studies with named users showing concrete outcomes, not just one-line testimonials
  • A comparison page (CellCog vs ChatGPT vs Claude) — visitors are clearly evaluating those alternatives
