How ordering works

Three steps. No checkout.

We don't run a Shopify cart. WhatsApp is the form — pick a jar, send us a message, we confirm and ship from our Vastrapur, Ahmedabad workshop. Here's exactly how it works, start to finish.

01 · The order flow

From a tap to a parcel.

Three steps, one number. The whole order happens inside one WhatsApp thread — no app to download, no account to make.

    Pick a jar

    Open /products and find the jar you'd like. Each card carries the size, ingredient list, and price. The 50 gm cream is our suggested starter; everything else stands on its own.

    Not sure which to pick?

    Message us first. Tell us your skin type or what you're looking for and we'll point you somewhere honest — even if that's a smaller, cheaper jar.

  2. 02

    Tap WhatsApp

    Every product card has an Order on WhatsApp button. It opens a chat with the jar name and price already typed. Send the message. We reply with stock, total, and ask for your shipping address and pincode.

    Then payment

    We share UPI details on the same thread. Pay, send a screenshot, and you're done. No Razorpay link, no card form — just UPI.

  3. 03

    We ship pan-India

    Your jar leaves Vastrapur, Ahmedabad and arrives in [X working days — confirm with Yash]. We share the courier name and tracking ID on WhatsApp the day the parcel goes out.

    Reply to the same thread. The same person you ordered from will pick it up.

02 · Shipping

Anywhere in India, from one workshop.

Every parcel ships from our Vastrapur, Ahmedabad workshop. No third-party warehouse, no drop-shipping.

Coverage
We ship anywhere in India. If your pincode is unusually remote, message us first and we'll confirm before you pay.
Courier partner
[Courier name — confirm with Yash]. We share the tracking ID on WhatsApp on the day the jar leaves the workshop.
Delivery time
Typically [X–Y working days — confirm with Yash] from dispatch, depending on your city. Metro pincodes arrive sooner; smaller towns can take a couple of extra days.
Shipping charges
[Flat ₹X / free above ₹Y — confirm with Yash]. We'll quote the exact amount in the WhatsApp thread before you pay, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Dispatch days
[Mon–Sat / working days only — confirm with Yash]. Orders placed late on a weekend usually go out the next working morning.

Some details above are bracketed because we'd rather confirm them on chat than guess on a webpage. Message us before you pay and we'll quote firm numbers for your pincode.

03 · Payment

UPI, on the same WhatsApp thread.

We're a small workshop, so payment is plain. No card form, no third-party redirect.

Primary · UPI

Pay before we ship.

Once you confirm the jar and address, we send a UPI ID on chat. Pay from any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM. Send a screenshot when done. We dispatch the same or next working day.

Cash on delivery

Not yet.

We don't offer COD on the v1 site — small operation, can't absorb the return-leg costs. UPI is the only option for now. [Confirm with Yash if COD opens up later.]

04 · If something goes wrong

Returns & refunds.

Honest answers — we'd rather you message us than be stuck with a jar that doesn't suit your skin.

Damaged or wrong jar

If the parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or contains the wrong jar, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the jar at our cost or refund — your call.

Skin reaction or doesn't suit you

Herbal recipes can react with sensitive skin. If a jar doesn't suit you, message us — we'd rather hear about it than not. [Replacement / partial-refund policy — confirm with Yash before printing firmer language.]

Change of mind, opened jar

We can't take back a jar that's been opened — it's a personal-care product made in small batches. [Confirm with Yash if there's a stricter or softer rule.]

Refund timeline

Approved refunds go back to the same UPI account, usually within [X working days — confirm with Yash].

05 · Quick answers

The questions that come up most.

Do I need an account?
No. There's no login, no sign-up. WhatsApp is the only thread.
Can I order more than one jar?
Yes — list every jar you want in the WhatsApp message and we'll quote a combined total and shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — pan-India only. [Confirm with Yash before opening international.]
Will you tell me what's in the jar before I pay?
Yes. The full ingredient list is on every product card; if anything's unclear, ask on WhatsApp before you pay.
Bulk or wholesale orders?
Message us with the quantities you have in mind — we'll quote separately. [Confirm wholesale terms with Yash.]
Can I pick up from the workshop?
By appointment only — we're a working workshop, not a storefront. WhatsApp first to fix a slot.
