Built from the intake you shared on WhatsApp. If anything below is off, reply on the thread and we'll fix it before the next phase (site blueprint + brand direction).
Interaktive AI is a Nagpur-based advertising outfit that runs paid campaigns on Meta and Google for other businesses, and layers AI-driven WhatsApp conversation on top of those campaigns so that the leads a campaign generates actually get answered. The company's registered or listed name is InterAKtive Advertising Solutions; "Interaktive AI" is how it presents itself publicly, with the capitalised "AK" in the middle of the word doing the work of a logo lockup. Both names should be treated as live: the longer one is the entity, the shorter one is the brand. The website should lead with "Interaktive AI" and keep "InterAKtive Advertising Solutions" available for the footer, invoices, and any legal or contact block.
This is where the brief has to be straight with you: the intake gave us the business name and nothing else. There is no founder story, no team size, no founding year, no origin, no "why we started this" in the operator's notes. Everything below that is factual comes from public recon, and the recon itself was thin. The LinkedIn company page (`in.linkedin.com/company/interaktive-ai`) confirms the entity, the Nagpur location, the longer legal-style name, and about 255 followers. That follower count is worth reading plainly rather than spinning: it is the profile of a young or small company that has not yet invested much in its own marketing surface, which is a common and slightly ironic position for an advertising agency to be in, and it is very likely part of why this website project exists.
The one piece of self-description we have is the line the business itself uses: *"AI That Sells: Maximize Ad ROI with Interaktive."* That is a positioning statement, not a story, but it tells us what they want to be judged on. Not creative awards, not brand-building, not reach. Return on ad spend. That is a performance-marketing posture, and it should set the temperature for the entire site: numbers, outcomes, and a short path to a conversation, rather than a long aesthetic wander.
For the founder and team section of the site, we currently have nothing verified to write. Do not invent a founder name, a founding year, a team photo caption, or a headcount. The build should either leave a clearly-marked placeholder for the client to fill, or the operator should collect those facts before the About page is written. This is the single biggest gap in the brief and the first question in the list at the bottom.
Based on the business's own public positioning, the service set clusters into three areas. Treat these as confirmed in category but unconfirmed in detail: we know what they sell, not how they package or price it.
Paid advertising (the core)
AI and conversation
Likely adjacent services, unconfirmed
The following are normal for this category and may well be part of the offering, but the intake and recon do not evidence them. Do not put them on the site until the client confirms: creative production (ad copy, static and video creatives), landing page builds, pixel and conversion-tracking setup, CRM integration, reporting dashboards, and monthly retainer versus project engagements. Each is worth asking about, because several of them would change what pages the site needs.
We have no direct statement of the target customer, so this section is an honest read of what the positioning implies, and it should be confirmed before the copy is locked.
"Maximize Ad ROI" is business-to-business language. The buyer is another business owner or a marketing lead, not a consumer. Within that, the phrasing is unmistakably small-and-mid-market rather than enterprise: an enterprise pitch talks about brand, attribution models, and media mix; an SMB pitch talks about getting more out of the money you are already spending. Combine that with WhatsApp as the response channel and the picture is fairly specific: owner-operated businesses that are already running some ads, are not sure the ads are paying back, and do not have anyone in-house to chase the leads that come in.
Likely segments, all pending confirmation: local service businesses (clinics, salons, gyms, coaching and education centres, real estate), retail and e-commerce sellers running Meta ads on their own, and other agencies or consultants who might white-label the WhatsApp AI piece. The last one matters because it would imply a very different site structure, with a partner or reseller page.
On geography, Nagpur is the base, but performance marketing is not a geographically constrained service. The company can serve a client in Pune, Delhi, or Dubai as easily as one across the city, and most agencies of this shape do. The site should therefore not read as a Nagpur-only local business unless the client tells us they want it that way. Whether they want to be positioned as "Nagpur's performance agency" or as a remote-capable operation is a real strategic fork, and it is on the question list.
On pricing tier, we have nothing. No retainer figure, no minimum ad spend, no package structure. This is a meaningful gap: whether the site shows pricing, shows "starting from" figures, or shows nothing and drives everyone to a call is a decision the client needs to make, and it changes the conversion design of the whole site.
Location. Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. This is confirmed at city level from LinkedIn only. No street address, no office building, no landmark, and no pin code turned up in recon. If there is a walk-in office, the client needs to supply the full address and, ideally, whether they want it published at all. Many agencies of this size work from a small office or from home and deliberately keep the address off the site.
Service area. Undefined in the intake. The service itself is deliverable remotely across India and internationally. See the positioning question above.
Channels. The company's own domain is `interaktiveai.com`. Recon could not read it (the fetch was refused on three attempts, most likely bot-blocking rather than the site being down), so we do not know its current state, whether it is a live site, a landing page, or a parked domain. Note the tension worth resolving early: the operator intake says "no site yet, build fresh", while a domain in the business's exact name exists and produced enough indexed content for search to surface their tagline. Before any build work, someone needs to confirm what is on that domain today and whether this project replaces it, sits at a different address, or migrates it.
LinkedIn (`in.linkedin.com/company/interaktive-ai`) is the only confirmed social presence. Recon found no Instagram, no Facebook page, no YouTube, no X account, no Google Business Profile, and no listing on JustDial, Sulekha, or IndiaMART. For an advertising agency, the absence of an Instagram and a Facebook page is notable, and the client may simply not have shared the handles rather than not having them.
Contact. No phone number, no email address, and no WhatsApp number were found. Given that WhatsApp is central to what they sell, the site almost certainly wants a WhatsApp click-to-chat button as its primary call to action, but we cannot build one without the number.
Hours. Unknown. Service businesses of this type usually publish something like Monday to Saturday business hours, or skip hours entirely in favour of "book a call". Client to decide.
The intake does not tell us this in the client's own words, so what follows is inference from positioning plus the questions that would confirm or kill each point.
Honest caveat: none of the above is yet evidenced by a case study, a client name, a screenshot of results, or a testimonial. Recon surfaced none. A performance agency's site lives or dies on proof, so the most valuable thing the client can hand over is two or three concrete before-and-after results, even anonymised ("a Nagpur dental clinic, cost per lead down from X to Y over three months"). Without at least one, the differentiation section will read as claims.
Direct, numerate, and unfussy. This business sells returns, so the writing should sound like an operator who checks a dashboard, not a creative director pitching a brand platform. Short sentences. Plain nouns. Rupee figures and percentages wherever the client will let us use them. Confident without swagger, and specific instead of superlative. The existing line "AI That Sells" already sets this register: three words, one promise, no decoration. English-first, matching the company's own public phrasing, with WhatsApp framed as the natural way to start a conversation rather than as a feature.
Sample phrases in the right register:
Avoid: transformation language, "revolutionise", "cutting-edge", stock-photo optimism, and any claim about AI capability that the product cannot demonstrate on a call.
What we could verify online today — these are the touchpoints downstream phases (blueprint, brand, site-build) will link from your new site.
Operator gave no city, so 'Interaktive AI' was ambiguous against several unrelated same/similar-named entities (InteractiveAI Ltd — Dublin, Ireland; Interakt — Kurla, Mumbai WhatsApp SaaS; IA interactive / @iainteractive on Instagram; Interactive AI Group). Resolved via the business's own website (interaktiveai.com, 'AI That Sells — Maximize Ad ROI with Interaktive', a Meta/Google ads + WhatsApp AI-chatbot service) cross-checked against its LinkedIn company page (in.linkedin.com/company/interaktive-ai, 'InterAKtive Advertising Solutions', Nagpur, Maharashtra, 255 followers, website field = interaktiveai.com) — the matching website field confirms it's the same entity. WebFetch on interaktiveai.com itself failed with ECONNREFUSED on 3 attempts (likely bot-blocking), so no on-site contact/social links could be extracted directly. No Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, or India directory listing (JustDial/Sulekha/IndiaMART) turned up in search within the search budget. No phone, email, or street address found — only city-level location (Nagpur, Maharashtra) via LinkedIn. All contact/social fields beyond the LinkedIn URL are left empty rather than guessed.
