Fifteen years of helping minds find their footing.

Kabir is a certified Counsellor & Therapist who's spent over 15 years in mindfulness training, integrating modern psychology's structured, empathetic approach with the intuitive practice of mindfulness.

He's worked with corporations in the USA, managed a mindfulness centre in the Himalayas, run a training institute for social workers and a learning centre for village children. Today he practises as a psychotherapist at a psychiatry & counselling centre — and brings all of that range into every session.
