What we run

Four ways to move

Every batch is coached and capped at twelve. Whether it's your first Surya Namaskar or your first pull-up, there's a slot with your name on it.

Group yoga · all levels

Hatha & Vinyasa

Hatha is slower and foundational — the place to learn the shapes and the breath. Vinyasa flow is dynamic and breath-linked, once you want to move. Sunday keeps it gentle with restorative only.

Functional strength · all levels

Functional Strength

Coached strength in small groups — kettlebells, bodyweight and barbell basics, scaled to where you are today. Built and progressed by an ex-state-level athlete, not a playlist.

Prenatal · physiotherapist-designed

Prenatal Yoga

Gentle, body-aware practice designed with a physiotherapist for expectant mothers. Safe movement, breath and rest — with modifications for every trimester.

Personal Training

Private coaching around your goals, your schedule and your history. Perfect for a specific target, a return from injury, or if group timings don't fit.

The weekly rhythm

Full timetable

Batches cluster in the early morning and evening so they fit around a working day. Sunday is a quiet one — restorative yoga only.

Personal training runs by appointment through the week. All batches capped at 12 — booking ahead is a good idea. Schedule may flex on public holidays; we'll always let members know.
