These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any other terms published here, constitute a binding agreement between the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (“we”, “us”, “our”, the website owner) and you, regarding your use of this website and of any goods or services offered through it.
By using this website and availing of the services, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms, including the Privacy Policy. We may modify these terms at any time without assigning reasons, and you are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
Your account and information
You must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration, and you remain responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
No warranty on materials
Neither we nor any third party provide any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude liability for any inaccuracies or errors. Your use of this website and its services is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and it is for you to independently assess whether they meet your requirements.
Intellectual property
The contents of this website and the services offered through it are proprietary. You may not claim any intellectual property right, title or interest in them. Unauthorised use may give rise to action under these terms or under applicable law.
Permitted use
You agree not to use this website or any of its services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or otherwise prohibited by these terms or by Indian or local law.
Transactions and refunds
You agree to pay the charges associated with any service you avail. When you initiate a transaction, a legally binding and enforceable contract comes into being between you and us.
You may claim a refund where we are unable to provide the service, subject to the timelines and policies applicable to that service. Failure to raise a claim within the stipulated period forfeits eligibility for a refund. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the details.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these terms where that failure is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
