You message us on WhatsApp like you would a colleague. "Change the phone number." "Swap the hero photo." "Add a service page for wedding photography." The AI handles the edit, runs its own checks, and ships it within minutes.

If you want to log in and see analytics or chat history, there's an account page — but you don't need to touch it to run your site.

Most text and photo changes go live in 2–10 minutes. New pages, structural edits, and content rewrites finish within the hour. We've never made anyone wait until "tomorrow."

Edits are pushed to a global CDN, so the moment the AI ships the change, your site is live worldwide.

Every plan includes a set number of site revisions per year, each delivered within 1 business day. A "revision" is one change request that can bundle several edits at once — swap a photo, update your hours, and fix a line is one revision, not three. Most businesses never run out.

Support runs Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST. WhatsApp messages and emails outside those hours get a response the next business morning.

Anything that's a content or structural change: copy edits, photo swaps, hour updates, new pages, new sections, design tweaks, SEO updates, blog posts, FAQ additions, contact-form changes, navigation reshuffles. If you can describe it in a sentence, we can ship it.

What's outside scope: bespoke custom code, integrations with proprietary systems, marketing campaign work — those go to Publifai (our sister agency).

No. Every site is custom-rendered for your brand, content, and structure. We pick a template foundation that fits your business type, then customise heavily based on your existing content + brand assets.

Build and migration are included free, so you're really only committing to the annual plan. If you cancel mid-year, you get a prorated refund.

If you're actively trying to grow with your website — running ads to it, ranking for search terms, publishing content — Pro is better. You get a 90+ PageSpeed promise (monitored monthly), every page optimized for AI search (not just the homepage), a monthly AI review that auto-tunes content + SEO, one AI-written blog post every week, proactive page suggestions, AI image generation, custom content types (artists, products, courses), and priority WhatsApp support under 4 hours.

If you just need your existing site maintained without thinking about it, Starter is fine.

Things we don't do at all: paid ad management, custom code, social-media-post writing, email marketing. Those go to Publifai — or get bundled in our Growth tier.

No setup fees. No "premium tier for SEO." No per-edit charges. The annual price is what you pay; add-ons are optional and clearly priced. We publish add-on prices on the pricing page.

Yes. We preserve your URL structure, redirect anything that needs changing (301s), and migrate your meta tags + sitemap. Most customers see better rankings after — partly from speed gains, partly from our AI-search markup that didn't exist before.

24 hours for standard sites. 24–48 hours for larger or content-heavy sites at the same migration price. Your existing site stays live the whole time; we only flip the domain after you approve the new version.

Message us. We'll make changes during the preview phase — the live flip only happens after you approve. If after a few rounds we still can't get it right, full refund, no questions.

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name (or stays with whoever registered it). The content is yours. If you cancel, we hand over the full HTML — your site can be hosted anywhere.

Message us "cancel." We hand over your full HTML, point the domain to wherever you tell us, and you're done. No phone calls, no 30-day notice, no recovery email sequence, no exit interview.

Mid-year cancellations get a prorated refund.

Worst-case planning. We commit to a 60-day shutdown window if it ever came to that: full HTML export, hosting handover guidance, and refunds on remaining annual fee. Your domain is in your name regardless, so it can't be held hostage.
