Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations on services provided by Niptao, a brand owned and operated by HCode Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

1. Service Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a service engagement by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of work. Cancellation requests can be sent via WhatsApp or email to [email protected].

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• Before work begins: Full refund if no work has been initiated on your project
• Work in progress: Partial refund may be issued, proportional to the work not yet completed
• Completed deliverables: No refund is available once deliverables have been approved and published

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us at [email protected] with your invoice number and reason for the refund request
• We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (domain registration, hosting fees, stock images)
• Custom work that has been delivered and approved
• Services already rendered (audits, consultations, reports)

5. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to reach out before requesting a refund. We will work with you to address concerns and revise the work to your satisfaction wherever possible.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
