Niptao provides website design, development, and related digital services for small and medium businesses in India. Services are delivered through a combination of AI-assisted tools and human oversight, coordinated via WhatsApp and our platform.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site and materials solely for your business purposes. You may not:

Timelines provided for deliverables are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver work within stated timeframes. Final deliverables (websites, designs, reports) are subject to client approval before publication.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed via Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Invoices are due upon receipt unless alternate terms are agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables (website code, design assets) created specifically for them. We retain ownership of our tools, processes, templates, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in delivery.
You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner, and ensure that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights.
Materials and services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall HCode Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 50,000, whichever is lower.
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services (hosting providers, payment gateways, domain registrars). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnal, Haryana, India.
